As part of an agreement on technological cooperation, Sila and RED SOFT have tested the compatibility of the RED OS operating system and the SILA CP1-1426 and SILA CP2-1427 servers.

During the tests, the correctness of the installation and operation of the operating system was checked, and the possibility of installing RED OS in UEFI and BIOS mode, support for video and network adapters, RAID and Fiber Channel controllers, as well as USB ports was confirmed.

According to the test results, the SILA CP1-1426 and SILA CP2-1427 computing platforms are fully compatible with the RED OS operating system and are recommended for sharing.

RED OS is a Russian operating system of the Linux family for servers and workstations, which provides a universal environment for using application software. The product is certified by the FSTEC of Russia (No. 4060 dated January 12, 2019), which confirms its compliance with information security requirements and allows its use in government information systems. RED OS is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases of the Ministry of Communications of Russia (No. 3751).
