Electronic SILA key holder of KH series is an automated system for storing, recording and issuing keys, designed to structure and optimize the processes of managing the key database of an enterprise. The product allows you to organize a secure autonomous 24/7 process of issuing and returning keys to users. This series allows you to refuse the need to maintain a paper log and issue keys to the duty officers.

The device automatically maintains an electronic event log, allowing continuous monitoring of all actions performed with the keys. Any user who did not find his key on the spot can find out who and when took his key. Also, the introduction of automated solutions allows you to avoid queues at the check-in counter or checkpoint.

The body of the key holder is made of steel, and the door, behind which the cells for storing keys are located, is made of polycarbonate 6 mm thick. Keys or keychains are attached to a metal key fob with an embedded RFID tag using a special seal cable or seal ring. An RFID reader is built into each key cell, therefore, the key can be returned to any free cell. At the same time, the device is characterized by low power consumption. After authorization of the user, by means of LED indication, the key holder displays the cells containing the keys allowed for the user to receive or free cells for their return. Such a mechanism makes the procedure for working with the key holder intuitive. Keys that are not available to the user remain blocked with holding devices. The key holder provides a mechanism for point key selection in case two or more keys are available to the user.

SILA key holder of KH series is available in various versions - for 20, 30, 50 and 100 cells, and involves two mounting options - wall mounting or floor mounting using vertical supports. Regardless of the number of slots, the device can be equipped with a user identification terminal with a touch screen and a simple, intuitive interface that allows you to select the authorization method - by face, fingerprint, card or PIN code.
